One board.Your whole club.
Chess club and tournament software for club nights, rated events and every parent in the loop — so your club can get back to the chess.
- Free for clubs up to 30 members
- No credit card required
Organizers
Tuesday night, sorted.
Club nights, lessons and casual play live on one calendar. Members RSVP, check in at the door, and read your announcements in one Updates inbox — not a group text.
- Roster with custom fields — USCF IDs, skill levels, guardians
- Attendance in a tap: Present, Late, Absent, Excused
- Announcements to the whole club or a hand-picked group
- Paired club nights — walk-ins join the next round
Directors
Pairings posted before the coffee's cold.
Swiss, round robin, quads, Holland, knockout — eight formats that follow USCF rules. The engine handles colors, score groups and look-ahead. You review, then post.
- Online registration and entry fees — card, at the door, promo codes
- Players who need a step-free or quiet table are seated at one, every round
- Hand a director one section without making them a club admin
Directors
Standings that compute themselves.
Results roll into the wallchart with USCF tie-breaks already worked out. When the last game ends, one click builds the USCF and FIDE reports.
- Misread a scoresheet? Reopen the round, fix it, re-pair
- Every pairing, result and bye on the audit log — who, when, before and after
- Team events with board order by rating and team standings
Parents
Board 7, round 3 — from the parking lot.
The club emails you, not the eight-year-old. Register every kid in one checkout, then follow pairings and live standings from your phone — no login needed.
- My Events: every kid, every club, one list
- Message the director in a real two-way thread
- Say what your kid needs once — they're seated right every round
Players
Every pawn wants to promote.
Check in on club night and walk into the next round. Find your board, follow the standings, and watch every counted game move your club rating.
- Pairings, standings and brackets on your phone
- Register in seconds — members are pre-filled
- One Updates list for every club you play at
Your club
Everyone on the same board.
Organizers, directors, parents and players — one club, one system, one place to look.
From the Founder
“I built this because I was tired of running my club out of a spreadsheet and a group chat. If that’s you too — welcome.”
